Tax-Exempt Bond BVAL Index Yield
The applicable BVAL Index for each CUSIP of the Tax-Exempt Bond will be the BVAL Index yield (the “BVAL Yield”) for the month and year corresponding to the maturity of each such Tax-Exempt Bond, as set forth in the Monthly Value Table for 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on February 10, 2025, as shown on the EMMA (“Electronic Municipal Market Access “) Website.
