The Board of Regents of The University of Texas System (the “Board”) and its agents DO NOT recommend to you whether or not to offer your bonds for purchase. You are responsible for your own decisions regarding this and should consult your own financial advisors about it.

BVAL Index Yield
The applicable BVAL Index for each CUSIP of the Target Bonds will be the BVAL Index yield (the “BVAL Yield”) for the month and year corresponding to the maturity of each such Target Bond, as set forth in the Monthly Value Table as of the Determination of Purchase Prices, as shown on the EMMA (“Electronic Municipal Market Access “) Website.
