BVAL Index
The applicable BVAL Index for each CUSIP of the Tax-Exempt Bonds will be the BVAL Index yield for the month and year corresponding to the maturity of each such Tax-Exempt Bond, as set forth in the Monthly Value Table as of the Determination of Purchase Prices, as shown on the EMMA Website at the below link and accessed by the link to Monthly Value Table.
