BVAL Yield
The Fixed Spreads will be added to the BVAL Index for each CUSIP of the Bonds to arrive at a yield (the “Purchase Yield”). The applicable BVAL Index for each CUSIP of the Bonds will be the BVAL Index yield (the “BVAL Yield”) for the month and year corresponding to the maturity of each such Bond, as set forth in the Monthly Value Table at approximately 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on May 7, 2025 as shown on the EMMA (“Electronic Municipal Market Access “) Website.
