Tax-Exempt Bond BVAL Index Yield
The applicable BVAL Index for each CUSIP of the Bonds will be the BVAL Index yield (the “BVAL Yield”) for the month and year corresponding to the final maturity of each such Bond, as set forth in the Monthly Value Table for 4:00 p.m., New York City time, on February 9, 2026, as shown on the EMMA (“Electronic Municipal Market Access “) Website.
