The City of Bellevue, in the State of Nebraska (the “City” or the “Issuer”) for itself and as obligor of the obligations of the Bellevue City Municipal Building Corporation (the “Corporation”), and its agents DO NOT recommend to you whether or not to offer your bonds for purchase. You are responsible for your own decisions regarding this and should consult your own financial advisors about it.
